When did Williams get in trouble besides the Accumulated Knowledge thing in 2001? He got busted, he took his suspension like a man, and then he came back playing clean. Do you honestly think he's getting by cheating in the WSoP?
Why are you trying to pretend that there aren't dozens of pros making a nice income off Magic? You realize there aren't that many pros, right? You might want to keep in mind that a lot of these guys are my friends. One of the friends I caught up with at GP Minneapolis was David. He's a great guy. He's friendly, humble, and funny. He's also never been particularly close with Mike Long, though he played some of Mike's decks.
A lot of people played some of Mike's decks. Mike is an amazing deckbuilder. He was also a hellish opponent because even if he wasn't cheating, he was using wicked psychological tricks on you. Mike and I aren't close, but I think he deserves to be in the HoF. I think Mark Justice does, too, and *I* am actually the guy who caught him with the Muscle Sliver. The official account is wrong--they used the print run variation to prove it, but I was in the dealer room when he went to get the fourth sliver. That incident is the reason that premier event limited cards get stamped now.
If you think about it, WotC has done an excellent job of improving their officiating. Every guy who gets caught helps prevent future cheating.
You seem to be emotionally invested in bashing Magic right now. Your arguments are getting weaker and you're exaggerating and telling lies. I think you're pissed off that you don't have more anime allies in RnF and I'm confused by it. Surely there are forums where you can happily share your anime fandom? This just isn't one. For whatever reasons, this particular group of people doesn't have a lot of anime fans.
