server needs more clerics, druid is a good first toon for utility, or wiz for pvp, or mage for lazyness, necro's suck at pvp and theres even a few pve issues with them, if you want to tank roll a war
if your crew is really dedicated you can level, its not that bad, but hybrid xp pen is noticeable when you get more then 1 in a group and level rangers are way spread out
