Any pet class should have a mage focus item for the inventory instant click Reclaim Energy. Super handy and you don't need to be a mage to click it.
Shamans, clerics, enchanters, necromancers can all click it.

Is any class able to do these quests? From what I quickly looked up, they're LORE no-drop.
