1) ditch the sound card and save $30 or whatever, the integrated hd audio on your motherboard is probably better than some hella cheap sound card anyway, so it's counterproductive. If you are planning on some home theather setup asus makes a good $300 sound card that would be worth it, otherwise integrated audio on the board can handle whatever you throw at it.
2) what's the deal with all the 128 bit gpu's youre quoting? I would go with at least 256 on the interface, shit amd has a 768 7990
3) if you're getting discreet graphics, not much point in getting an apu over a straight cpu if you are leaning amd, but also not a big deal if the price points are similar.
Personally, I'm an intel man when it comes to cpu's, I think they charge you a brand fee and it's why I dont buy intel mobo or ssd or anything else, but when processor's they walk the walk, the thermals, the mtbd, the output, just about everything will come out favoring intel next gen processors
I'll put my i5 sandy up against any FX "8 core" piece of shit amd puts out, fact is its misleading advertising from them, you arent getting 8 seperate cores you arent even getting 4 cores.
I'd go with an i5 whether sandy or ivy they are miles ahead of amd's best, but that's me, hopefully you do your own research which extends a little further than checking prices on newegg.
