Trying to resort a confusion
According to the wiki page, hell levels start at level 30 and continue every 5 levels. However, a friend of mine claims that hell levels start at level 5 and continue indefinitely. I know the wiki page isn't 100% reliable, so I just wanted to see which is correct.
Do hell levels actually start at level 30?
