I've been going to Tomb of Lord Tsang then immediately porting over to blighted lands to bind as there are full vendors and full trainers sitting there. I then do all the Tomb of Lord Tsang quests to get about 3 levels or so and then pop over between the other lvl 10 zones to get up to 14 or 15 before heading back to Blighted Lands to do those quests.
When it's all said and done it doesn't really matter where you choose to go from the island you can port around between all those options for like 20 copper or port to the hub cities for free.
