Just a FYI, a puma just attacked my lvl 45 monk as I was /camping in South Ro. Maybe 45 isn't high enough level to draw zero agro, but the puma was way green.

Yeah I
could replicate it, but it wasn't happening as effectively as it should. The npc waypoint pausing near a player would create aggro.
Sit aggro is supposed to be an annoying pain, regardless of level.
Fixed by kanras, pending update.
