I doubt its an overclock. No offense, but the P360 is not a high-end mobile chip. Not a single vendor would put that thing into a laptop designed (read: factory set) to overclock. @OP: Whats the make/model of the laptop you are utilizing?
He shouldn't have to reset the bios, but while we're here and the discussion is geared this way, lets just check it off the list to prove its unrelated.
