alecta fixed sitting damage doing max theoretical damage (atk cap) which was a bug

he didn't remove doing a max hit on sitting, that was a bug that started well over a year after he disappeared

but a sitting player should get hit for max every single time, regardless of AC/gear

yeah, i think in classic/kunark, it assumed you had max atk and did a theoretical max hit, which wasn't usually possible back then, but it's an easily achieved value when people have buffs like VoG,...

it currently does not do full damage when you hit a sitting person
