10 Sev Kill, 0 scales, Supposed 67 percent drop rate.
 

Green dragon scale has dropped 0 times out of our last 10 Sev kills, on live it was ALOT more common.

Yeah I was digging around for this Trakanon Breath/Dragon fear stuff and saw kills with 2 items + 2 scales + FIVE spells

50% on our last 10 kills :)

We get scales all the time, sometimes even double scale drops. Sound like the RNG doesn't like you.

Pretty random. Can drop up to 2 scales at once.

I understand can be random but I believe our guild has killed sev 10 out of last 11 times and we have received 0 scales. Just want to be sure loot table is not broken because on live it dropped almost every kill, an unlucky run was 1 in 3

Make that 11 out of 12. 0 scales that less then 8 percent and that is if the one sev tmo killed had a scale. Definately not the same percentage as live, please look into this
