Call of Flame is broken
 

I've been trying to start the ranger call of flame quest. Its a level 49 spell that requires you to be 50 to start. Recently it was patched so that you don't have to be exactly lvl 50.

Nilbog: Lily Ashwood no longer requires you to be exactly level 50 to discuss Call of Flame quest.

I got lvl 50 after this patch and attempted to start the quest. I was able to discuss everything up until the point where she gives me the letter to give to Ganelorn Oats, to which she says: "I'm sorry. I dont trust you with such a task". What's curious to me is that she says it after every part of the dialogue (see screenshot).

I tried sneak with and without hide.
I also leveled to 51 and the quest still did not work.

Fixed, pending update.

There was more wrong with this quest than my initial fix. Sorry rangers :T
