Are resists that bad
Lvl 40 mnk
45MR I would say I have resisted root 90% of time. Aside from partials on all other resists, what is the deal? I have had 120mr and seem to have had the same results. Someone expand on this so my brain gains knowledge. |
yes at 45 mr you are going to get rooted.
you are not getting rooted 90% at 120 mr. |
sam,
my point is it seems i am not being rooted much at 45mr (I am resisting a crap ton) I just want the factual reasoning to push MR to 120+ so that I understand and see that it actually makes a difference. rabble rabble |
whoops my bad but first point still remains. you will get rooted at 45mr eventually after a few casts. other than that just luck. as a monk i imagine its hard to obtain 100mr for the casual new player but ya its important. ill post you the graph
|
|
at 120 mr you have almost a 90% chance to resist root. ill try to repost nulls explanation later.
|
thank you sam!
good day to you |
the problem is that you can have 300mr, and still take a root.
|
Root spam is a commonly used strat in group pvp :/
|
yeah, which means it lands far to often to be classic
never ever saw root used in pvp unless someone was rooting a pet (not mage epic pet that resisted a shit ton of magic based spells) |
