PvP spells should not report damage
 

I know this is PvP related and way off, but here's evidence from Velious area (true through classic also)

Love the red translocate spell gem icon (slot 1)

for sure

however I think the damage reported has been covered several times - used for better bug reporting when you can see how much damage things are doing.

reminded me of the Ilsen and Badmartigan entry of Xanthala, she was pretty bad.. honeyb, that was one of the peacebreakers wasnt it? what wiz robe was that?
