Think of it as being 1.[5] times more in demand.

Demand is half again as high, really. You have to cast it three times for every two before.

the epic *is* a nerf, imho

Hit 60 and use Visions of Grandeur. Longer lasting and better.. In the mean time it's some extra clicks.. no biggie. Would have been nice to see it mentioned in the patch notes though but stuff gets missed.
