Being Able to Use the Old Models for Skeletons and Wolves on Another Emu Server?
 

I hope that I am not out of line with this question, but I am just coming back to the world of EQ Emus and I am going to be playing on two different servers.

I was wondering if there was a way that I could use the files that were patched for this server over on another server? Is it even possible to do that?

Not sure its possible. I remember giant wolves in GFay when I first played here and those horrible skeletons that looked almost metallic/Terminator-esque...it took Rogean and pals to do something on their side to get things looking nice.

If it can be done though, I'm sure you can find a thread on it at the server forums in question. THF has a good forum if that's the one you're playing with.

I didn't think I could name the other server, so I didn't, but it would be Irreverent actually. Sometimes I just feel like soloing everything in Norrath... lol.

I have asked, over there, but thought maybe the answer would be better coming from the source server of said changes.

As far as I know you have to have a fresh install for every one of the servers. File conflicts.
