FBCR or Tolapumj for necro?

Just curious, which robe do you think is more beneficial for a necro?

I'm currently lvl 20 and I like the haste of Tolapumj, but that will be fleeting as I'm almost to the end of my melee days...

FBCR has some resists and +mana...

Any ideas?

fbcr obv, int casters dont need haste :)
