Yeah i made a request 5 days ago now too. But i cant complain, they run a good server and its free, I would feel bad asking them to expedite it. Besides, I cant see the other posts in that forum so my post probably isn't exactly at the top of priority.

we currently have 14 pages of petitions at this moment in the forum. we are working through them as time allows. IP exemptions are done in large batches whenever a staff member has time and they are not treated as threat level red highest priority. wait time can be anywhere from a couple minutes to a couple weeks. be patient and we'll get to you. unless your petition was moved to resolved without a reply, you arent being ignored.

Also, the staff does not treat their PMs as a petition queue, and thats why certain PMs get ignored. it is my duty to ignore players that try to circumvent the process and cut ahead of everyone else thats been waiting in line before them.
