are you able to do so once a month ( i believe live had this)
or must it be petitioned?

i messed up my surname and it haunts me

Put a petition in. Name changes are lower on the priority of issues but it can be done.

ya ive petitioned a lil while ago, just didnt want to bug you if it was something I could do.
