Burnout III Duration
 
I read somewhere here from a dev that Burnout III lasts as long as a damage shield (~6 minutes)

The correct length should be 15 minutes (150 ticks)

Duration was increased later. I believe what we have is classic, unsure when the change happens.

I know that pets reporting buffs came before Luclin from personal experience, but when burnout duration increased I don't remember.

All Burnout Duration is 15 minutes.

The Burnout Series (Magicians) has had the negative HP component reduced (improvement) and the stat buff increased (improvement). Because of this, the spells are no longer permanent. They now have a 15 minute duration. Burnout III has also had its casting cost reduced.
