There are like 7 15-20+ page tmo threads on the first page of rnf.

How the hell does this keep happening? Hasn't this horse been beat to death?

Every thread goes like this:

(guilds will remain unlabeled because zero fucks are given and it really doesn't matter anyway)

guild A: Harharhar, you will never get lewtz, come to the dark side!

Guild B: I'll never join you! your time is near!

guild A: You fools! your unraveling at the seams!

Guild B: MAD! BAD! SAD! TIME IS COMING!

Guild A: MAD! BAD! SAD! TIME IS COMING!

Guild C: poor us (thanks alawen, still laughing at this)

cmon guys. rnf used to be fun. now its just not only the same threads rehased over and over, but the same god damn posts rehashed over and over. We used to get like, one or two of these threads a month, maybe one a week. Now we have one every. fucking. day. Rnf sucks now. You all know it.

bring back rnf!!

It seems hopeless. Not even the promise of tits, ass, and sweet young vagina could bring back RnF. I am mad, sad, and probably bad :(

was supposed to be a fun incentive but only autotune ran with it and that just wasn't enough.

I thought for sure naked ladies would be enough to motive all us EQ nerds, but i forgot that most of you have gf/wives already, and for those that don't theres uporn.

blah rants and flames is boring nowadays, its all lies 96.8% of the time anyway, I give up.
some threads are funny but only the SUPER drama really entertains me, other then that its just meaningless shit talking

I know alawen feels the same way, and its very likely lex and diggles do too... (judging by their posts lately they are trying REALLY hard to still have fun with it but...) when all the threads literally go the way i outlined above, it gets lame fast.

I can't even bring myself to pick on the poor us guild lately. It's just too mean even for me.

Personally I think the best thing we can do to keep the funny is have a Village Idiots Convention.

See on the old 7thhammer.net forums rather than deleting dramatic laugh factories when they got out of hand they were locked and thrown in the Village Idiot's Convention, a showcase of the best of the worst.

Imagine if we had that, featuring such classic threads featuring how Abacab used to train all of EC, the old REALLY good guild flames back when it wasnt a daily rnf grind, and newer good stuff like the Minyin ventrilo video. The funny could remain and we wouldn't see rnf turn into the TMO/BDA/FE pissing contest. Oh and someone would have a better shot at getting to see what rocks gets to bone.
