Trapped in Paineel
 

So, this has been posted before - but I'm at a loss. I've done everything except petition (thought I'd try this first).

I started an Erud Necromancer, and I can't activate the elevator to get out of Paineel.

I've read that you need a key - and to get it you have to Hail a guard and say something like, "I need a key" or "I need keyz". But the guards all ignore me. So... what now? Is there another way out?

you should be able to just say "keyz"

if you cant get out of the erudite city you shouldnt roll an erudite necro, go make a de, wait till you actually get out of the city and xp in tox. dont cheat yourself out of the experience

figure out the key thing it takes alot of practice

those erudite only nec shoulders zzzzz

you need to say Keyz to the skellie guards near the lift. Hail them and they will ask you if you need Keyz - this wi.kl let you know.o you have the right ones. Als, you have to be standing pretty much right on top of them to get them to respond.

Ahh yeah that was it. I had to seriously invade his personal space and have a conversation with the inside of his backbone - but I got it.


Now I can't get Shwara Volerno to talk to me. Are the newbie armor quests broken or not implemented?

This sure brings back memories, authentic ones - with just the appropriate amount of rage lol.

good old EQ difficulty....

you really had to read, try and try again to solve things...

gah having to guess stuff with no clues... :D

newbie armor quests aren't in

sometimes you have to click the elevator a few times to get it to move
