Problem with fresh install
 

When I start EQ the screen goes black, I can see the mouse and move it but there is no log in screen. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? I downloaded eq titanium and followed the instructions on the p99 website so I'm not sure what is causing this.

I've tried reinstalling and doing everything over again and the same problem happens. I've tried everything I can think of, changing the compatibility, etc, and nothing changes. The game loads but the screen is black, I can see the eq mouse and move it around but nothing is on the screen.

I'm using win7 and have a quad core if that means anything.

If i play in windowed mode and change the resolution to 640x480 I can sometimes log in, but i have to play windowed (which is terrible) and it is laggy. I tried changing the affinity and the priority but both only helped for a minute, then back to being laggy.

I can't be the only one having this problem, nothing is out of the ordinary with my computer. (Win7, quad core, ati gpu)
