Figured it was broke, Im here no, still no croc or PH. so looks like for over 2 hours now.

Could it be possible that the placeholder got pulled somewhere in the zone and is stuck in a corner or something pathing his way back to his spawn location? Has anyone seen any crocs out of place?

AC spawn being broke is a known issue.

Possibly try hitting up a dev on IRC.. I believe Nilbog or someone has to reset this script every once in a while.
