I had the fortune to work at a Popeyes chicken for a month or so inbetween jobs and the thigh portion of the chicken is disgusting. You have to take your thumb and remove the rest of the organs that are left behind from the process where they cut the chicken into quarters. A lot of people are lazy and do not do this so there are organs like this and worse left in the chicken a lot of people eat from these places.
