Ivy Etched Leggings - arrow drops
 

I've been camping brownie outcasts for an entire level and collecting arrows used in this quest as a result, but of the 6 different arrows the outcasts drop for the quest I've only found 5. At first I just wrote it off to bad luck, but it's getting ridiculous. I've looted the following:

10 Arrow of Acknowledgment
9 Arrow of Bravery
11 Arrow of Fortitude
6 Arrow of Gallantry
8 Arrow of Recognition
and a whopping 0 Arrow of Defiance

Do I just have horrible luck or is the last arrow not dropping?

It has a higher chance to drop than the rest of them. Looks like bad luck!

That's weird. I had the same problem with Defiance and got so irritated I destroyed the quiver altogether (with 5 arrows in it) and ditched the quest. :P

Finally got it, ugh. 11 of each other arrow before my first Defiance.
