can you run game from a flashdrive
 

Just curious with the relatively small size of the game, is it possible to save it on a flash and run it from there. So you can run the game without downloaded it to the computer. Is this even possible? Thanks for replies in advance

Using the minimal option above with updated textures and velious armor textures I got my game down to 1.51Gb so its entirely possible to put it on a thumb drive. How well your PC reads the data is down to your PC I guess.

Thanks for the info. Just bought a 4gb flash drive. Gonna try this out with EQlite version by FatMagic.

I have been running off of a flashdrive for months with zero problems. I am at about 1.29gb. I use the updated texture files.

I also having Logging turned on always, and take a lot of screenshots - no problems there either.

The flashdrive lets me play off of another machine easily, with no hiccup in my logfiles, etc. when I switch.
