Are only Epics and JBoots MQable quests or can you MQ any quest?

I was under the impression any quest is MQable as long as there is more then 1 item to turn in.

This is also my impression. I've even MQd the Seb key before since a friend of mine already had one medallion.

Not all quests are mqable.

The overwhelming majority of quests written for Kunark onward are mqable. Expect Velious quests to be mqable.

One day all quests will be mqable, but since we are forced to individually update them, it will take some time.

Hmm... so it's a crapshoot on whether or not an old world quest is MQable?

Yup. If I update one for mq, I note it in the changelog for patch notes. You should be able to find specifics by searching 'mq', 'mqable', 'multiquest','mq-able' etc in the news and announcements subforum.
