Levitate Speed
 

On live, levitate used to bob you up and down at least 50% slower.

It was at least a 5 second up and down cycle.

proof, evidence, ect?

Did you have a really slow computer?

I think this is client-side. When I use windowed mode and lose focus of EQ, the "bobbing speed" becomes visually slower.
