My friend just bought a computer

What are the best coop games?

Hes not that into MMOs but likes playing COOP

Heres what the games im thinking of suggesting to him, so you can see better what you should suggest back:

natural selection 2
Borderlands 2
Endless space

Is there a space build/war game i missed? Sorta like alpha centauri but more current?

baldurs gate 2 is too old now to his taste, but something similar with better graphics would be great

Shogun 2: Total War has an excellent co-op campaign mode.
