Incarnadine BP should be usable from inventory
 

Should be clickable from inventory and usable by all.

Incarnadine Breastplate should be usable from inventory, as currently implemented it must be worn to activate the effect.

Wearing it was made a requirement in the March 27, 2001 patch, post-Velious.

added info to address that Incarnadine BP should be usable from inventory by any race/class until mid-velious.

In terms of level restrictions more research may be needed.

Fixed, pending update.

Can you check to make sure this was fixed? Is not working for anyone in TMO...
