EQ won't open
 

Running EQ on Mac/wineskin. Just ran a software update on my computer and now when I try to start up nothing happens. Thoughts?

To be more specific -

Now when I click on P99 icon to start EQ it seems to begin to run, i.e. Project 99 is running in my OS but nothing is happening, no window appears to enter into game, etc.

You might try editing the eqclient.ini and clearing out the VideoMode settings to see if for some reason the client is launching off the visible screen.

You can always copy the settings out and replace them if that doesn't work.

Still not working. Tried recopying the code from the EQ Mac guidelines on this forum into my eqclient.ini file. No dice.

Should I just completely wipe and re-install? Was working fine before software update

Bump. Same exact problem.

i feel like this has to do with the program youre using to emulate windows....

could try using a differnet program, or updating the one you have.

try that out and let me know what happens.

did anyone ever figure this out? trying to play and i cant..
