Quest Issue Bidl Frugrin
 

Bidl Frugrin is not spawning in Place of Hendricks at the Tavern in Kelethin next to the Trueshot bow vendor. He should spawn every evening for 5 minutes in place of a merchant for the Telescope lens quest for gnome wizards.

I also believe Zanita D'Rin is bugged as well. I obtained a king card from her turned it in and she said she didn't want that. I killed her with my ranger and she dropped nothing as well.
