Rage Sorcerer Newb Armor
 

Marv Orilis in East Freeport is still giving the quest for the Rage Sorcerer newbie armor. I dunno if it can be crafted, but he gives you the container and the patterns.

Fixed, pending update.

All the stuff he would want you to gather has been removed long ago, so it won't work. He shouldn't be there anyways though, so he's getting removed.
