If required, i'm also willing to provide whatever porting time is needed to max your faction through gem turn ins (which will likely take at least a few hours if your faction is starting under kindly btw).

Obviously i'd be there to help out on the clear/kill, but would prefer the buyer provide the actual kill force. If that latter isn't possible i can probably work something out , although the price being paid would have to reflect that extra effort ;)

afaik its not an MQ so much as a "you turn in, other guy loots the corpse", so whoever has the tear needs max faction. goodluck

Very interested in this if it does not have a level requirement or if I can loot now and turn in when Im high enough.

The shaman epic is completely faction based, meaning you don't actually have to do any of the quest parts to advance that beyond the first turn in, which can be continuously re-done to max faction as soon as level 1 (though really you want to be at least lv5 to infinitely speed up that process with gate lol)

The only level requirement is being 46 to zone into Plane of Fear to loot the tear, which is then used by a max faction shaman to spawn the final encounter in CoM. The piece dropped there is then turned in to the guy in EJ in exchange for the epic.

In short yes, you can put it on any level toon you want.
