A little more seriously though, I went back to live to have some fun, if you pretend EverQuest is a different game, then it quickly becomes a bit more fun, as there are 24234i5p3 zones that are brand new to me. I still love classic, and their progression servers are retarded, but treating it like a new game makes it fun for me.

TL;DR fuck america

Trakanon server was the last hope for me. A "new" blue server that got scrapped about 3 months after it came up. SOE wasn't worth the subscription after that - total waste of time.

They scrapped it for a progression server but still, there was a healthy population. Then I found P99 and life was alright again :)

I like p99 a lot, red mostly. Sony progression servers are the equivalent of zerg raging trakanon after camping the window for 7 hours.

Live isn't easy unless your in "classic" areas, the new expansions will kick my ass anytime. There's a lot to love on both live and p99, ones free love, the other needs money to get turned on.
