Kavruul`s Mystic Pouch

Other people have ones from other dragons I assume. I got mine from ragefire. MY particular bag is NO DROP. All websites have it as tradeable, except for the EQ MAC wiki. Is my particular bag an oversight on ones dropped from ragefire?
