New player and Titanium

Okay so I never got a chance to play Eq in the past. Was too wrapped up in both Eqoa and SWG. So I don't have a copy of the game, and apparently I need a copy of Titanium. So my question is, is there really no way to get the client without paying like 70+ for it on ebay?

On a sidenote, I was looking around for a good file sharing website for all the music I've composed and the music videos I've made. Does anyone know of a good one so that I can pass on my compositions?
