gem encrusted rings still droppin like crazy!

What zone and mob dropped the Gem Encrusted Ring recently?

Pretty sure Guildies have been saying its WW and FM. Ive seen about a dozen drop for guildies that have been hunting there the last few weeks.

I don't believe so. Quiver haste should work based on weight reduction of the quiver. Which one are you seeing that has a problem?

Fixed, pending update. Note this only affects the pve server. PvP will retain pri/sec on Whip until Epics are released.

Right. I was under the impression all the bags had their weight reduction set to 0 until Velious. Apparently not!
