Server Lag?
 

getting some hickups in Chardok at the moment. ping is fine, but the 100% bar is dropping to 98% over and over and other toons/mobs flash in and out of existence. my whole group is seeing the same thing. i hear its happening other places as well, just posting it in case its an indication of a problem
