Where should a 30 Monk level up?
 

Alrighty. I hit a brick wall here. Where should a level 30 Human Monk be leveling up at? I'm more of a grouping kinda guy but I'm open to soloing if the conditions are nice (no casters, vendors close by, etc).

I've been in Mistmoore for the past 10 levels and yes, I could stick it out for a couple more but I'd rather claw my eyes out with an egg salad sandwich than go back to those old, tired stomping grounds. (You know I love you, MM)

Ideally, I'd like to do Dalnir for the tasty mctasty drops but hardly ANYONE is ever in there (let alone Kunark) to the point that whenever I make the trip there I can't even find someone to bind me.

Please help me. I'm bored. And dying...nah, I'm not. Totally got you right there.

Highkeep is a monk's wet dream. You can get to 55 there probably faster than anywhere else. You can bind there, buy food/water/bandages (sneak and also neutral merchants), it's great money, there's also a bank so you can actually keep that money. Oh yeah - it's also got one of the highest ZEMs in the game so you're basically getting 2 kills worth of exp for every 1 kill relative to most zones you might pick.

I'm a human monk though, so does that rule out the Highpass deal?

who says he would be soloing in highpass, theres always groups going on there.

Mistmoore is my favorite place to go at 30. Usually plenty of people there, look for action at Castle Entrance its a good spot.

-Unrest basement is good
-Paw can be fun, if a little remote (you can bind melees at the gypsy camp in NK, have your porter do it)
-SolA... casters... runners... meh, try to make a group

I loved MM so much I stayed there til 38 on my ranger.

MM castle ent, lguk bedroom are the places ive gone. may be a few more but i was all ways taking some heavy gravity bong hits while leveling.

Men solo dalnir/droga/nurga at 30. Obv.

I would go to Dalnir.... need gear too! It isnt so bad... except for casters and runners! =P

he wont have a good time in dalnir until 35-39
