Spells become bugged while loading...
 

If you spam the #1-8 to cast a spell upon zoning or loading the game your spells will then become bugged and you will be unable to cast, almost as if you're going LD.

noticed this first time ever yesterday and it seemed like common knowledge for a lot of people

Been this way for some time. Most SKs ad Necros probably all already knew =p
