New Players
 

Hello guys, my name is BrutalX, and i am completely new to this! I am still debating on whether or not i want to play on the server itself, and i was just wanting to know some general things about it, like newbie population and such. Any newer players posting here on there experience would also be great!

I think most of the players on the server are pretty experienced with p99 (and with live EQ). There are always a handful of truly new players around every week though it feels like, and there are plenty of experienced players who are playing low-level characters.

Primetime you should have no problem getting groups 90% of the time. Even in off hours you can find plenty of duo/trio options (and even some full groups) if you stick to the popular zones like crushbone, oasis, unrest, minstmoore, south karana, etc.

Also, and i apologize as i was not able to find out... Is this server currently on Velious or Kunark, and if its on Velious, will it ever go to Luclin? Thanks! -BrutalX

Currently Kunark. Will go to Velious, but we don't know exactly when yet. No Luclin ever.

Very neat, i was planning on making a iksar Necro like i had when i played back in 01, xD Its nice to see Velious isnt out yet, i wanted to be able to still experience Kunark.

Excellent choice! Usually a few lizards around the pit area, and Kurns goes without saying... usually a handful of people in there and bone chips on tap :)
