Forager Cycle

Forager cycle in TT appears to be broken, After 50 forager kills and not 1 name spawn. Hunter spawns seems to be working appropriately spawning named every other kill or so.Lot of good items unreachable due to forager cycle not working.

Must be bad luck. Same % on both cycles for named.
