deepwater caimans & the legend of the mysterious smoldering brand
 

so, tonight I was killing deepwater caimans/crocs in oasis on my Pally using a smoldering brand. a deepwater caiman gets low hp and flees in the water, I chase him inside and my smoldering brand procs underwater. When I jump out the water my weapon graphic now looks like this. unfortunately the next time I auto-attacked it turned back to normal, I was really hoping it would stay like this. i tried repeating this maneuver a few times and could not get it to happen again.

lol that happens with all torches, happens with my mages Torch of Alna when I go in to water

Yeah I sometimes roll around with a torch and a smoldering brand to get the dual staff of badassness look, bitches love it.

if you equip something with a torch graphic in water it happens. It's actually the graphic fore a artifact item known as the staff of AlKabor or something like that if I remember my eq history.

Actually there is a way to get your torch to stay like that until you zone... :-)
