Can anyone confirm if this is on Blue, or not classic?

Nothing in the wiki, but somebody mentioned it in-game. Just curious.

The leaf that you need for the quest is in the game, I do know that.

Unfortunately, the quest mob appears to no longer spawn.

One of those classic quests that was fixed much later on:

You shouldn't be able to complete the quest here if you didn't get a leaf before the spawn was removed.
