Uh how is that not a touchdown? I've seen this play atleast 5 times in the last 10 years, 2 players come down with a ball (simultaneous posession) and the offensive player always wins. You can see Golden Tate's hand on the inside of Green Bay's defenders arms which are already closing down on the ball, isn't much to argue about here...regular referees would have made the same call 99.9% of the time in that same situation.

And Tate friggen blatantly shoved Shields to the ground before the interception. Where's the offensive pass interference?
