Not that I am aware of no. I believe they're just drops. Although, Kelethin may. What do you think?

in NFP the two enchanter chicks w/ gems and gold/silver/plat bars sell them. pretty sure

ahh youre right.. i assumed like a moron you couldn't since in classic, there's a lot of things you can't buy... You're right. They are in NFP.. Thanks guys :)
