Who are the players who have been with P1999 the longest?
 

I've been with Project1999 since Early July of 2010 as the same Half Elf Warrior. I first heard of Project1999 by looking at classic EQ videos on Youtube. Many memories in this game with guilds and friends that don't even compare to my classic days of playing sony's servers. To be honest, in the classic days, i didn't know zones like Karnors, Sebilis, Charasis, Chardok... it would be during my time at Project1999 that i would get to discover these zones. so, in a sense, i am living classic EQ for the first time, and im sure there aren't many of you out there who can say the same.

So how long have you been with the server? i've been here a little over 2 years
but im not sure if im one of the oldest players. I know Jeremy is one of them.

I came from eq2 way back, seeing the server change and grow has been a blast

oct 4 2009 my bard was created

October 3 2009. The latest pvp emu had died and I was browsing the server select and saw "project 1999 beta" with 100 people online. A few hours later the server was up and I was finally playing classic eq again.

I started October 2009. Global chat was still in the game.

I remember the global chat, kinda miss it sometimes, also don't because of the constant trolling though.

I started day 1 and I'm still here!

I started November 8, 2009 and I dinged 44 yesterday.

Started in early October 1999 and formed the second guild on the server with Alarti and Atlas as officers.

Hey, Alarti! Remember this? HAHAHAHA! It's been almost three years and I still haven't had that much fun at work as I did that day.
