Increase Damage Shield by 9 (L16) to 12 (L30)
4.2 minutes @L16 to 9 minutes @L40

At level 56 it's 3 minute duration and 8 damage shield instead of what it should be

it's that way on blue far as ive seen, my 29 necro and 57 sk both have 3min at 8dmg.
it seems to have been that way for a long time
