It would help if you made any kind of sense whatsoever.

Are you trying to ask if there are cultural armors for rogues? Are you trying to ask what race you should make your rogue? Are you trying to ask about deity choice? I have no freaking idea.

as to what set of cultural armor would be best for a human or wood elf (agnostic) rogue....

Just go to http://wiki.project1999.org/Category:Rogue_Equipment and start sorting each slot by str and hp and mr and ac until you find the ideal combination of gear that you can wear, afford, and find. It takes like 10 minutes.

All the cool rogues wear Ravenscale.
